The Cubio Innovation Center project involved the full renovation of a 17,000 sq. ft. office space, transforming it into a modern co-working environment with multiple office rooms and collaborative areas. The project included both demolition and reconstruction phases, requiring separate permits to ensure full compliance with local regulations. From early planning through completion, the team provided proactive communication, assisted in securing necessary licenses, and ensured smooth coordination among stakeholders. The scope covered all major building systems and interior finishes, combining functionality with refined design elements to create a high-performance and visually cohesive workspace.

  • Executed a complete demolition and remodel of a 17,000 sq. ft. office space, including over a dozen office rooms, with separate permits obtained for demolition and construction to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Delivered custom interior features such as signage, feature walls, and integrated lighting systems, enhancing the workspace’s branding and visual identity.
  • Built out functional office amenities including a pantry, dining area, coffee bar, and custom cabinetry, designed to support a collaborative co-working environment.
  • Completed all electrical work, including both high-voltage and low-voltage systems, carried out by licensed electricians to meet safety standards and operational needs.
  • Installed a commercial-grade HVAC system and ventilation, performed by licensed professionals to ensure efficient climate control throughout the large office space.
  • Implemented fire protection systems, including fire sprinkler piping and alarm/detection systems, in strict accordance with safety codes and requirements.
  • Delivered high-quality interior construction and finishes, including flooring, painting, drywall, quartz installation, custom millwork, cabinetry, and both light-gauge steel and wood framing, along with full plumbing systems including drainage and vent piping.
